Which AI engines do you check?

ChatGPT (GPT-5.5 with web search, via the API) and Perplexity (Sonar). Each gets the same five buyer questions about your category.

What does "found but not cited" mean?

ChatGPT searched the web, opened your site while writing the answer, then cited someone else. It means your pages are reachable but not the source AI chose. Perplexity does not say which pages it opened, so this is counted for ChatGPT only.

Why might my result differ from the ChatGPT app?

AI answers change from run to run, and the API with web search can differ from what someone sees in the ChatGPT or Perplexity apps. This is one run of each question today.
