I spent 5 years running a B2B marketing agency. Every client asked the same question: "What are our competitors doing?"
Our team would waste 6+ hours manually checking websites, social posts, ads, and reviews. By the time I compiled everything, half the intel was already outdated.
The breaking point? A client was about to launch a major feature we'd spent months positioning as their unique differentiator. Two days before go-live, their main competitor quietly launched the same capability—and immediately started running ads promoting it.
