By accessing or using IndustryLens ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
IndustryLens is a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information about companies across multiple data sources and delivers structured insights to subscribers.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to Growth plan features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per the plan selected. You may cancel at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent or interfere with the Service's technical measures; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission; or use the Service to monitor individuals rather than companies.
Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. IndustryLens monitors publicly available data sources. We do not access private, confidential, or non-public information.
Limitation of liability
IndustryLens provides competitive intelligence based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of insights. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndustryLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
